The food here was okay, but there was this absolutely AWFUL country music in the background. I have been here a few times without problems, but it's unappetizing to hear about some guy singing about driving his dead dad's truck. It was really strange. Otherwise, everything was fine.

I will NEVER go back to this Chili's ever again after what happened to us on New Year's Eve. We went in for a quick dinner because I had a hankering for wings and margaritas. Restaurant wasn't very busy and we were seated immediately in the back near the kitchen. If you have ever been to a Chili's, you will know that you can see into their kitchen if you are seated near it, as there is no door. This is important. We ordered our food and it took almost half an hour to get to our table (buffalo wings and a cheeseburger). While I was waiting, I kept looking towards the kitchen to see if the food was on its way out. While I was looking, I saw a rather oafy looking man eating food off of people's plates. I told my boyfriend how disgusting that was and he said not to complain, since we had yet to receive our food. I kept glancing into the kitchen until I saw our food ready to come out. I then saw the ogre poke his hands onto my boyfriend's plate, eat several fries, wipe his hands on a dirty rag hanging from his belt loop, and then proceed to handle the burger. That was about enough. I asked the nearest server to speak to a manager. The manager came as soon as our food did and I (loudly) told him how there was a man probing around people's food and helping himself to it. The manager then proceeded to tell me the man didn't work in the kitchen/was not a representation of this restaurant, which I thought was funny since he was STANDING IN THE KITCHEN AND PREPPING FOOD TO GO OUT TO CUSTOMERS. We offered to pay for our drinks, but we were not touching our food. The manager told us not to worry about the drinks and that he didn't know what to tell us. I told him I would never set foot in that vile restaurant. I understand that it's a chain restaurant and that there are different "standards" to them, but if customers can see you EATING OFF THEIR PLATES, there needs to be some change. It was disgusting.

Service and decor is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. I hate the fact the tables are always sticky...yuck. The food is mix bag of half way good to pretty bad. They are pretty consistent. Just tried spicy shrimp tacos. Halfway good but should have used corn tortilla instead of flour.

This place is horrible! I had the chicken flat bread. It was cold. Took for ever to get our drinks and food. Server was soo rude. Forgetting everything. Made us feel like we were annoying her. Don't come here

I went there recently , originally I was going to Olive Garden , but the wait there was long ( 45 min) so the Chilli's was next door , no waiting , so I decided to give it a shot I had a chicken sandwich , soup , apetizer and margarita my server was fast , friendly , food was hot , price was right will come back !

Oh God! The blaring low-fidelity country music was seizure inducing! Drinks were weak, but the ribs were tasty.

We dine in here every month or two and the waitstaff is good. Recently had an issue with an order---manager was very nice and helpful in fixing the situation. We'll continue to have our Chili's chicken nights here!

Service is hit or miss. Some Servers are more interested in hanging with each other rather than serving customers. One week we get great service, the next we get horrible.

We love Chili's and it's a good place to come with the kids. It's not a foodie place but it's a good place for the kids to sit down, color and do puzzles in the menu/activity book till their lunch arrives. We're used to the good service at the Rosemont location. We were in the Arlington Heights area, so we stopped here for lunch. Located in what is a dying outdoor mall, the Chili's wasn't very crowded at noon on a Saturday. Still, we had to wait a few minutes to get a booth cleaned out for us. Our waitress was attentive but somewhat forgetful. In taking orders, I told her my son's request first. We did all the orders, then at the end she asked me if my son is having anything. The waitress brought out the food in a reasonable time but the waitress mixed up my jalapeno bacon burger and my wife's Southwest bacon burger. We each got the other's burger. My wife started picking apart mine when she found a jalapeno. We switched burgers then my wife noticed she got fries instead of corn on the cob as she requested. The waitress was right there, so she made the correction and quickly got her a corn to remedy the order. Then my wife had a bite of the bacon and it was a spicy tear-jerker strip. While I had a jalapeno burger, we both should have had the same bacon. My bacon was nowhere near the spicy hotness of my wife's piece. I think the piece had a high concentration of the seasoning rub they apply to the bacon. Once again, the waitress saw our problem and got a new plate of bacon strips, which was milder. Now we're not picky and don't usually complain this much, but the number of blunders in the order clearly makes this place so-so. Service being attentive is a redeeming quality, but the Chili's in Rosemont is still our favorite, as they usually get it right the first time.

Not bad for a chain. The 'immediate seating' light was on and my mom picked since she was paying, is diabetic & needed to eat ASAP. I'm mostly writing this review for the fantastic service we got. Our waiter's name was Moises and he was super attentive, fast, and just a really nice guy. It had been snowing and he even warned us that it had gotten slippery out on the roads. Our drinks were always full and our food was delivered in a timely fashion at just the right temperature. My expectations of chains are pretty low, and I was pleasantly surprised this time. :)

I know my friends n family would cringe but I actually like chili's. It's not that I don't enjoy fine dining but chili's is a great quick lunch spot with good consistency. Everything is always good and my husband and I joke that we get better service at places like chili's vs places downtown where our bill is 4x the price!

Kid friendly, usually decent standard food. Today's visit was disappointing. Got immediate seating at 5:45. Restaurant not busy yet waited over 20 minutes for our food. Kids chicken fingers cold, grilled chicken sandwich had stale bun and seemed more processed than real chicken, chicken taco's were equally bad. Price cheap, but will look elsewhere next time.

I have come here many times with my girlfriends for a gab fest in the past. It's been a while since I have been back to a Chili's and was pleasantly surprised when I went with my hubby last Sunday. We were driving back from apple picking and hungry so we thought, why not? I am actually glad that we did. They have a good deal where $20 get you and your dining companion an appetizer to share, two entrees and a dessert. Talk about a fantastic deal. We ordered the skillet queso with chips and salsa, bacon burger, buffalo ranch chicken sandwich, and cheesecake. I remember service being pretty speedy but something was off. We ordered our appetizer and ate all the chips. It took about 20 minutes for the burger and the chicken sandwich to come out. The place wasn't busy but they may have needed at least one more server on board to make things run more smoothly. We ended up taking most of our entrees and dessert home. We were there for about 1 1/2 hours! I expect that for more fine dining experiences, not Chili's! I would still go back for the great deal but I will try a new location and hope that service will be speedier.

Very good service allows for large groups to gather and be loud. The food is just ok but they do have Stella on tap in the authentic Stella beer glass. Not bad as far as the food if you stick with the safe dishes. Atmosphere is good and this is a fun environment to hang out, eat and not spend a fortune. Not expecting too much when I come to Chili's but for $12 you can have unlimited drinks and enough food to get full. This location in particular is clean and has a very friendly staff.

I'm a fan of Chilis Grill & Bar - just had lunch at the Arlington Heights location and it was just below average. I'm not sure if its the outdated restrooms or the crappy layout of the parking lot but it just wasn't a great chilis experience. The food took a little longer then expected, their spicy & sweet chicken strip things weren't that great and the corn on the cob was soggy. I will be back to Chili's but just not this one.

My foodie soul dies a little bit every time I go here. Good thing that's only 1-2 times a year when I'm in town for a visit. I have to give some credit and say it's a good place for groups in my hometown area, with big margaritas and those endless platters of chips and salsa (which I learned after almost 10 years of patronage are free if you sit in the bar area, woohoo now I can take that $3.25 and buy....a toothbrush?). Chili's, like so many other suburban chains, is not very veggie friendly so good it's a thing I have come back to my omnivorous roots. The Quesadilla Explosion Salad (am I the only one to think dirty thoughts about that?) actually exceeded my usually low expectations - the marinaded chicken was not bad, albeit salty. However, it was an ICEBERG salad (major peeve, might as well be eating air) and the vinaigrette dressing was a little too heavy on the oil. In the end, I have many memories at Chili's with my friends from high school and later reunions and will hopefully have more memories in the future...but I probably would not go to Chili's of my own volition.

Huh. I used to really like this place but over the years i have seen a downward trend in quality ingredients. Overall, the food is now sub par for my palate. My last visit i ordered a bacon cheeseburger. I think the southwest smokehouse or something like that. The bacon used to be nice thick cut and now its a sliver. The meat also changed and seems lower in quality. The fries were a bit mushy and not very spiced. Its old too. Kind of a tired run down been there forever experience. Staff were ok.

Typically I like Chili's, but dinner here on Saturday night 7/18 was on the substandard side of typical. I dig the menu, environment, and usually the service is hunky-dory, so this trip hasn't completely soiled my opinion of the restaurant chain. Our waiter Jose seemed like a nice guy, but he was either new or just having an off-day. For whatever reason, he couldn't understand half of what I said (although my date confirmed that I wasn't mumbling or speaking in tongues). Upon discovering that they don't carry sweet tea, just flavored teas, I asked instead for a diet Coke. A few minutes later he comes back with a blackberry tea. He apologized for the misunderstanding and brought me out my beloved d-cola, but still had trouble comprehending what I was saying when placing my food order. He took several passes to confirm how I wanted my steak cooked and what sides I wanted, but he eventually did get it right. However, it wasn't Jose's fault that they overcooked my 6oz sirloin (requested medium, received a well-done hockey puck). I'm far too lenient of an eater to say something and send it back to the kitchen, and I was also famished, so whatever. The cup of chili to start with was fine, as were the corn on the cob and the loaded mashed potatoes, which came in a humongous portion. Being able to pay your bill via the remote swipe machine--which doubles as an entertainment module with games, news, and other e-crap--is a slick feature that I've utilized several times in the past..... ....until I broke it bahaha. Okay, I didn't really "break" anything, but when the receipt prints out after running your credit card, you have to 'pull up' to tear off your copy. Maybe I got a little overzealous with the pulling, but the ENTIRE paper roll came flying out faster than you can say 'baby back ribs'. It made for a hilarious sight that sent my date and I into fits of laughter. On my way out the door, I alerted the host who humorously told me "oh don't sweat it man, I f*cking hate those things, I'm glad you broke it". Three days later and I'm still chuckling about the incident. Once again, this excursion to Chili's was a total anomaly. If I visit Chili's 50 times, I have a good or great experience 49 of those times. This was just that 1 oddball occasion.

Loved our waiter, Jimbo. He was the most excellent server we've ever had and me and my boyfriend left extremely pleased and happy to end our night with him. Not only did he make our day and get a wonderful tip, he knew how confused I was over one dish or the other so he came out with a surprise dish to what he thought id like best. Very personable man. Would go back just to request him.

This has to be one of the better chilies I have been to. The service is always good and there tends to be no problems. They have a huge selection of food. Some of their food isn't the best but other stuff is really good. Their wings are good and they have good onion rings. They recently got one of those huge soda machines so they have just about every flavor of soda out there.

Good ol' Chili's bar & grill. My friend & I came here starving & felt like we could take on half the menu but we decided to settle on two items. We started off with a couple of drinks & ordered some appetizers as well. One of my favorite appetizers that Chili's has is the Triple Platter. You get your choice of three appetizers & sauces. For our appetizers we chose the boneless buffalo wings, the potato skins & the southwest egg rolls. The southwest egg rolls are especially awesome. They bring sauces out for each appetizer & when you try the sauces with the southwest egg rolls it is even more awesome. We also ordered a burger. We were pretty full from the appetizers because it was equivalent to a meal for two people. My friend & I expected this however so we only ordered one burger to share. The burger came out & it was also pretty large. I usually don't order burgers but this burger was not bad at all. The food here was good & the server was nice. The one thing I did not like though was that the place was very cold. I would eat here again though for lunch or dinner.

If I could write this review and give it zero stars I would. This is the second time I've had to go and my food was cold. The first time I went was in the summer of 2014, I found a bug in my container made me sick to my stomach. I went again which I shouldnt have, but I was craving it. I placed a order to go I get back with my food and it looks as though they reheated everything. I wondered why this place is always empty and I see why, food is horrible and their customer service suck.

The food is great if they can get your order right. After sitting at the bar for 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me I finally flagged someone down to let them know that my to go order that had a scheduled pickup was 10 minutes late. On top of that, my order was incorrect and I had to wait for them to make the correct item. The bill came and it was 12 dollars more than the total I got from my online order. They need to get their you know what together.
Well Chili's, you may have seen the last of me after today's visit. I have never been a big fan of Chili's, but as a quick convenient place it works in a pinch. We arrived for lunch well before it was even remotely crowded and were seated quickly and greeted even more quickly by a very friendly waitress. That's pretty much where the good stuff ends. The food was served sort of luke warm but with inconsistencies in how it was cooked,(some rubbery spots and some much more well done spots on chicken) which leads me to believe the rumors I have heard over the years that Chili's food is all prepared ahead of time and just microwaved to warm it up. Blech. If it had tasted good that may have been forgiven, but it was just not even sub-par. Drinks weren't refilled until we were done with the meal, even though when the food was brought out we were told refills were on the way. Understandable if the place had been packed, but there were only a handful of customers. I guess I remember now why I hadn't been to a Chili's in quite a long time. Too many other options for a much better quick lunch.

Went to dinner with our 1.5 yr old daughter and wait time was only 15 mins and waitress came to our table within minutes. Once we ordered drinks, it took 10 mins for water/milk and so we ordered. After waiting for 1 hr with a very hungry child, our food came but they didn't bring our daughters food. After 10 mins of her food still not out, we asked to gave our food wrapped to go and to forget about her meal. They obviously didn't make us pay for her meal but TERRIBLE service and would never eat at Chilis again. As we were leaving we overheard another gentleman talking to a manager stating that he had been coming to this location for years and he's never received such awful service. Lastly, when we finished our meal when we got home, we ate our food and it was terrible. Never again...

So this is the 3rd time I have been in the the chilis on Rand and the service was ok. I usually sit at the bar on my way home from work for a couple of drinks and their quesadillas. This time I was so disgusted I spent 17 dollars and left everything I order quarter way eaten because the lady manager was so loud and obnoxiously with her cackle of a laugh. I had to leave without a tip for the bartender. The bar keep did nothing wrong but that lady manager was laughing and talking so loudly I couldn't enjoy my lunch. She was so loud and unprofessional I asked the bartender if she was a manager and she replied "yes" with an embarrassing look on her face. I usually go to tje chilis in Rosemont and have Kim waiting on me in the bar area. Never did I experience such unprofessional behavior as I did w the lady manager at the Arlington Heights location on Feb. 12 @ 12:30PM. She should be fired for acting like a juvenile while people are trying to have a nice Valentine's lunch in the bar area as well as the dinning area. What irritates me the most is that I spent 17 dollars for fries that came late w my order that tasted like the y were fried In the same oil as the tortillas. The smoked chicken quesadillas was drenched w lime. Didn't taste the smoky chicken at all and my salad had transulescent old cucumbers. Spent 17 bucks for garbage food and unprofessional management who cackled like an animal. Totally unacceptable and disappointed!!!!!! Timr for new managements as u can tell from reviewd this place stinks. REFUND MY $17 I thrown down the toilet.

We decided to split an appetizer of the pretzels and share the cajun chicken pasta.. So good! And our waitress was so nice to boot! Chili's is not the best quality of food you can find.. the cheese, for example, didn't taste very fresh. But if you want something fast and reasonably priced, a great place to go!

This place has improved considerably with the addition of the new Flatbread offerings. They also have individual Pizza's (9 inch regular and 6 inch Lunch versions) - which may or may not be good - we didn't try them. You don't hear people say "Hey guys - I have a craving for Pizza, let's head over to Chili's!" Service at lunch was a bit brusque, as they were quite busy and seemed understaffed, but the food was better than expected. The Lunch offering of a Chicken Mac and Cheese is quite good, but appears small when you first get it.

Two words: food poisoning. My husband, my infant son and I stopped at this Chilis on our way out of town. Chilis is not somewhere we normally go but we thought it would be a safe bet since there are a lot of menu options...we were so wrong. My husband was fine (he got the fish tacos). I had the chicken tacos and from about 2 in the morning on was violently ill. I had severe vomiting and diarrhea for a good 12+ hours and not-so-severe for another 12 or so hours. Oh yeah, I was 15 weeks pregnant at the time too-nothing is better than severe food poisoning and worrying about what affect your sickness/dehydration is having on your unborn child. Fortunately my young son turned his nose up at the food so he was ok as well. I guess we should have followed his lead. I will NEVER eat at any Chilis again and would would NEVER, EVER recommend this contamination zone they call a restaurant to anyone. Go any where else unless you like having diarrhea while vomitting into a garbage can.

If I could give this place zero, I would. And I'm usually a laid back diner. Horrible service, on a day that was 80 degrees + they did not have the air conditioning on, wrong food, and I had to send the new Watermelon Cooler back because the first one had no vodka or watermelon in it at all (husband concurred it tasted god awful like a club soda with some expiration date problem), and then was told rudely by our waitress the manager would be over to talk with us. We sat for 20 minutes drinkless and overheated just for nobody to come back. Our waitress would not even make eye contact and tried to serve us somebody else's appetizer order too. So I told my husband to head to the car and went to the front and asked for the manager. This woman is a total loser! She actually told me she made the second drink herself. I told her I did not want a replacement and it still sucked. Also, that they needed new servers or new training for them. And that when you say you will talk with a customer you should do it. She said she was "busy" and was headed over later. I just laughed and said "busy doing what? Not managing your restaurant." The couple waiting for a table behind me told me that they were leaving too because they had never heard management be so rude to a customer or not fix a complaint and the place felt like a sauna, too. I just said, well if you do stay remember this is a really badly managed place. The husband laughed and just said, "yeah." They followed me out the door. Never go here. It's dirty, not temperature controlled, and the manager is a complete idiot. Chili's corporate should close this branch down. Maybe if I'd been like the one three star guy below and just ordered a dessert...

The service was extremely slow even though it wasn't super crowded. When the food finally arrived it was close to room temperature. I'd have to be pretty desperate to go back there again. They used to be much better.

We haven't been to Chili's in awhile, and now I remember why. I will start by saying service has never been an issue. They are always courteous and quick, and our last visit was no exception. They recently updated the exterior of this location, but what Chili's really needs is an overhaul of the interior. I don't know what is more signature of Chili's - the fact that you can draw pictures by dragging your fingers across the greasy table-tile, or barely see through your outrageously scratched and dinged up plastic drink mug. Everything is grubby, the booths, the menus (I never understand how they get so dirty if you read it before you order...), the tables...I just don't feel clean eating at Chili's - any of them, not just this location (but this location has all of those "features"), so I question how clean my food is. It just doesn't give me confidence in the experience. I had a Quesadilla Explosion salad - which used to be my favorite, but I barely ate any of it because it was SWIMMING in dressing. It had a decent amount of chicken on it and vegetables/stuff IN it, but the dressing was overpowering. Also, I'm not a fan of the table-top payment/screen thing. It does make it easy to pay and leave, but, are we required to pay that way? Should we have waited for our server to drop off the check? At other tables I saw kids completely mesmerized by the thing, as if we don't have enough screens in our faces every other minute of the day...but that's my personal opinion.

My family and I loveeee going to Chilis for an out to dinner family night. Not only that but we also like meeting up family and friends here cause of the close destination. I have never had a problem with the food before and the staff is amazing and friendly. All in all I love going to Chilis and I definitely recommend going there again.

I went here with my husband and 3 kids. We have not been to Chili's for a while now I remember why. We got seated right away now that is a great thing when you have an impatient 4 year old. Our waitress was good. But the food well it was not. My sons corn dog was over cooked he had a hard time eating it. The French fry were cold. They also do not tell you that the fajitas do not come with the condiments they charge you extra. It is nice to know when there is an extra charge for things. I think it is a good place to go have a drink and a appetizer with some friends.

This restaurant is very high priced. When you order to-go and you get fries make sure you actually have more than 10 fries in your box. When you go to pick up your order always assume it will be an addition 5-10 minutes longer for it to be completed then what they tell you on the phone. The stuff is always hanging out by the bar goofing around while you wait for your food to be made after calling it in to go. This is a place I will not go to again. IT IS WAY TO EXPENSIVE

It had been two years since I had last eaten at a Chilli's mainly since their food is absurdly unhealthy, but someone suggested to go their after church last Sunday. So I figured two years had been long enough and I figured maybe their food had changed for the better.. It hasn't... It has actually gotten worse, mainly in taste. The atmosphere just screams dirty.. I wonder if proper ventilation would help.. We started out with the staple of bottomless Chips and Salsa.. Delicious as always. I ordered the chicken crispers, a good third of it was uneatable. It is for sure not 100% white meat and I'm pretty sure a good portion of the actual meat was the stuff you would leave on the bone if you were eating a chicken yourself. A lot of it was rubbery and shiny.. Needless to say I left a lot of "food" on my plate as did everyone else with their different meals. They have the new pay at your table computers which are really cool. Very uncool that the tip % is automatically set at 20%.. seemed a little strange to me seeing how tipping is OPTIONAL depending on how your server preformed. Our sever was good so I had no problem with the 20% and it can be changed to a lower percentage but I'm betting the older generation will get confused by it and end up tipping more than they want. Two years was not long enough, I will not be returning to Chilli's again and my heart and my Doctor will thank me for not subtracting years off my life by eating their food. (seriously people, look how much fat and sodium is in their food, it's normally days or weeks worth)

We stopped in on Monday, Feb 6, for lunch. The food is mediocre as far as I'm concerned. We came here because of their kid's menu. My Nephew ordered from their Pepper Pal Menu. Each Pepper Pal® meal comes with a kid's choice of entree, side item and drink. You can pay extra for an upgrade to one of their Fruit Freezers or Chock-A-Lot Shake. The only items I enjoy from Chili's are the Texas Cheese Fries (half order) and spinach and artichoke dip served hot with warm tostada chips.

The service was a little slow and they over cooked my steak. But they made me a new one with all the sides, gave me a free bowl of soup and took $10 off the bill. That's going above and beyond to me.

Ordering online was the easiest, simplest experience. The food was ready on time. The food was prepared as ordered. It even felt less expensive this way. Sure, it still made me feel funky later on but I managed to put that aside and stay in awe that it all worked out so smoothly. It may not taste the best and it may not make me feel the best but I'll tell you what -- I'll still go back based on ease alone.

I've been in Chicago for work several times a month...for the last year and a half. Sometimes we eat great food, but more often than not we are rushing on the road, where we have crappy choices. Today was one of those days. So we went to Chilis. This place turned out to be pretty good. We told them we were in a hurry, and within 5 minutes we were seated, had water, and had placed an order. I ordered a chili (I'm no idiot) and it was out within 2 minutes. My lunch was the margarita grilled chicken, a surprisingly flavorful piece of grilled chicken on a bed of black beans and rice with toasted tortilla chips. Since I had no time for breakfast, it took longer to order than it did to eat it. I always struggle on comparing restaurants of different types...it's just hard to give a place like Chili's a 4 or 5 star review. But this location was everything that Chili's across our great nation should aspire to.

Family dinner on a Sunday! Unlike previous visits to this restaurant, or other Chili's locations, this was a disappointment! Eight of us came in about 11:30am on a Sunday, and there were few diners at the time. Server was initially good, attentive and very friendly. Drinks and chips / salsa arrived quickly and were prepared correctly. Once food started coming, we received some appetizers soon after, finished them, and then received another appetizer almost with lunch. Some items were hot, one was cold as if sitting out a while, and others didn't arrive for another 5-7 minutes since they were made incorrectly and caught by the kitchen. Most dishes were prepared well, and were tasty for what they are. Serving sizes were very good. Not 'Mexican' food, but a decent 'Tex-Mex'. Server only came to deliver food, and we had to ask for refills. She remained very friendly, even after (as we found out later) the manager had a talk with her about attentiveness. We had to ask for our bill, and then again to pay when we were ready to just walk to the hostess stand. Talking to the manager afterward, he was very apologetic about the service, quality of the food, and cold dishes. He offered some compensation, but our first concern is that we enjoy the meal. May try again only because we've had good experiences in the past, and Chili's are good in food / service, in general.

Just ok. I have been to Chili's in Louisiana , Arkansas & Tennessee. I thought the food quality would be consistent. I went twice in 1 week. The food was not served hot. It was the same menu but the food was just not as good.

It had been a while since I had visited this establishment and now I remember why. We went because my mom wanted Nachos and I found the menu had been changed but still did not offer a great selection. I was adventurous and tried the Flat bread. The flavor was bland and it was cold. My daughter had Mac & cheese that was pretty good but wasn't hot either and the nachos were just ok, I think the cocktails were the best part.

Food was great. Appetizers were all good, at least the three I had were. We were seated right away, even on a Saturday night. Waitress was friendly and efficient. The only problem I had was that the menu was dirty, some kind of oil or water. The menu was also very large and slightly confusing to didn't have much of an order. It was still a good experience and We will be returning

A group of 4 of us went to this Chillies near 6 o clock because we wanted to try their deserts. We only ordered desert and nothing else. We had the molten hot lava cake and the chocolate chip cookie with ice cream skillet. The service was quick during a rush and the waiter was nice Over a good experience.!

No stars , worst service we have ever had. Took forever for everything and when it did come it wasn't right. I would not come back to this location and we like Chillis. Never have we had service this bad. Place is dirty and so was our silverware.

(3)Carina A.
This place is horrible! I had the chicken flat bread. It was cold. Took for ever to get our drinks and food. Server was soo rude. Forgetting everything. Made us feel like we were annoying her. Don't come here
(1)Sarah G.
(5)Brian C.
Oh God! The blaring low-fidelity country music was seizure inducing! Drinks were weak, but the ribs were tasty.
(3)Cupcake S.
We dine in here every month or two and the waitstaff is good. Recently had an issue with an order---manager was very nice and helpful in fixing the situation. We'll continue to have our Chili's chicken nights here!
(4)Cornelius J.

(3)Becky P.
Mediocre at best.... Can't say I was excited, and everything had a weird-chainy flavor.
(2)April Z.
I know my friends n family would cringe but I actually like chili's. It's not that I don't enjoy fine dining but chili's is a great quick lunch spot with good consistency. Everything is always good and my husband and I joke that we get better service at places like chili's vs places downtown where our bill is 4x the price!
(4)Jim P.

(3)Richard O.
(3)Kamila T.
(2)Pat F.
love their food!!! Chips and Salsa ...Have to have them!! and the are endless
(5)Steph P.
(2)Joe W.
(3)Eric S.

(5)D J.
Good service. Slow kitchen. Entrees are good, but small. Queso tastes like chili, salsa is also not good.
(3)Ryan H.
(4)Spencer H.
(3)Britany P.
(1)Dawn M.
Service was slow, food was mediocre at best. The only good part was the berry margarita but it had waaaay too much ice.
(2)chavon m.
(2)Erica G.
Let's be real: Chili's is freakishly consistent and good. I am going to emphasize the good. My fiancé and I have randomely and unintentionally ordered the 2 for $20, which is just delightful. More than arbitrary discounts, the service is so good. This Chili's in particular is always busy for several reasons. I have a very sneaking suspicion that the management team here is excellent because everyone who works here looks happy and well-purposed. I recommend this location definitely and without reservation. I could eat pounds and pounds of those hot, light tortilla chips. ;)
(5)Lynne H.

(4)I. M.
I really liked the service and the food. Specially the waitress Jhonny serving on Friday's night.
(5)Rico P.
Great food and service. Food came fast and hot. Server was personable and pleasant. We visit Chili's a lot and we can always depend on a good experience at this location. Thanks!
(5)T V.
The service was poor. Everything was super salty. No body working there looked like they wanted to be there, so I will follow along and won't be there again.
(2)Joseph P.
(4)Katie M.

(1)Bob L.
The service was extremely slow even though it wasn't super crowded. When the food finally arrived it was close to room temperature. I'd have to be pretty desperate to go back there again. They used to be much better.
(1)Amanda L.
(2)Colleen D.
My family and I loveeee going to Chilis for an out to dinner family night. Not only that but we also like meeting up family and friends here cause of the close destination. I have never had a problem with the food before and the staff is amazing and friendly. All in all I love going to Chilis and I definitely recommend going there again.
(5)C B.
(2)Nick K.
(1)Ryan H.
(1)Jennifer M.
(3)Larry P.
The service was a little slow and they over cooked my steak. But they made me a new one with all the sides, gave me a free bowl of soup and took $10 off the bill. That's going above and beyond to me.
(4)Mark F.
